Refund policy

All sales of the Terrarium Bot are final. As these are limited prototype units, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, we offer free replacements for any components if they arrive damaged or fail during normal use. Please provide photo evidence of the damaged part to the studio for a replacement.
